All pups are sold as pets only unless full AKC has been approved. All Puppies must be spayed or neutered by one year of age.

Puppy will not be reserved without a NON REFUNDABLE 300.00 deposit. Others may be interested in the same puppy and by putting a deposit down this ensures you get your puppy. A deposit will only be refunded if something happens to the puppy while in my care or if the puppy would have a life threatening condition discovered at its vet check. The balance is due in cash by the time the pup is 8 weeks old. If the pup is not paid in full by 8 weeks of age the deposit will be forfeited and the pup will be offered back up for sale. No puppy will be permitted to leave our home until they are paid for in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Personal check will be accepted for deposit only. CASH is REQUIRED when paying the remaining balance upon pickup.
I breed for the love of a great companion and temperament and try to model the dachshund breed standard to the best I can. I do not guarantee as to the conformation, size, bite, Undescended testicles, color or breeding/show capability of any puppy.
This breeder guarantees that the puppy is a pure bred miniature dachshund with full Akc registered parents. The breeder guarantees this puppy to be in good health to the best of their knowledge at the time of sale.
One year Health Guarantee
To honor this guarantee, your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 days of pickup. This guarantee does not cover internal or external parasites, ringworm, coccidiosis, giardia, parvovirus, unseen communicable disease or common hernias. All of the puppies use a litter box while in my care. If you choose not to take your puppy to the veterinarian for a checkup within three days, this guarantee is null and void. You must follow your veterinarian’s vaccination, heartworm and flea/tick prevention schedule in order for the guarantee to be valid. To honor this contract, you must retain all the original receipts and the original receipt from the first vet visit. Failure to provide vet visit receipt if breeder were to request them voids this health guarantee. Breeder assumes no liability for any expense incurred by buyer including vet bills, medication, diagnostics or any other expenses. This health guarantee is non-transferable.
If puppy is found by a veterinarian to have a life threatening congenital health defect , you must provide breeder with a written assessment from a licensed vet stating such within 3 business days. The breeder reserves the right to a second opinion by a vet of their choice. If the second opinion corroborates original diagnosis, breeder will accept the puppy back and provide a replacement pup of same gender as soon as one becomes available. (No later than 1 year). No Monies will be returned and No vet bills or expenses incurred by the buyer will be reimbursed by the breeder.
The buyer is responsible for the health, temperament and well being of the puppy upon taking possession. The buyer also agrees that if at any time they cannot keep the puppy they will contact the breeder and the breeder will take the puppy back with no refund. Under NO circumstance is this puppy to be rehomed, or taken to a rescue or shelter.
Any disputes arising from this contract must be heard by the court of law in Coles County, Illinois. By signing this contract, buyer agrees to all terms listed above.
